• The Pharmacy is closed on federal and tribal holidays based on the Bad River Holiday schedule.
• Please use the drive up window for the pharmacy. The drive-up window and front waiting room are open during business hours, but closed for lunch from 11:00AM to Noon.
• Use the online or mobile app for refills: www.refillrx.com as staff is unable to answer phone calls at this time due to staff shortages. If using the phone, please leave your full name, date of birth, phone number, a brief message, along with the medications you'd like refilled, and a team member will call you back as soon as they are able. 
• For patient safety, pharmacy staff will ask you verify the full name and date of birth of the patient during all interactions (pick-ups, phone calls, drop off). A valid license or tribal identification number is required for pickup of controlled substances.
• Please allow two business days for refills to be ready.
• Pharmacy phone:  Use 866-811-6116 , the previous phone number is no longer in use.

PURCHASED REFERRED CARE (PRC)

• Please call 715-682-7133 ext. 4805 to leave a message and PRC staff will return your call to address any questions you may have about purchase orders or medical bills.
• Guidelines will remain the same.
• If you do not have insurance and you need a purchase order, you still need to contact Medical Benefits FIRST to see if you are eligible for alternative insurance.

• Please continue to follow PRC (Purchased Referred Care) requirements.  (see attached brochure)

• The East Entrance of the building is locked (this is the entrance by the drive-thru). This will help minimize the spread and/or exposure to the virus.
