Absentee Ballot Rules:

Each qualified eligible voter shall request his/her own absentee ballot and include the following information:

Create a way to increase awareness of how mental health and substance use disorders and suicide affect the Bad River community, how to respond effectively, and how to effectively promote mental health. This will be done through the collection of data and prevention activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Collect, store and compile local tribal project documentation/data Work closely with local AODA prevention workgroups and coalitions to analyze and report on AODA, suicide and behavioral health data as required. Work with community to identify, select and implement evidence-based practice/practice-based evidence prevention strategies Maintain a professional and personal code of conduct Assist in the assessment for training/TA needs and provide as necessary Participate in individualized training and technical assistance focused on prevention activities, Contribute to the Mashkiziibii Drug Advisory Board and develop and implement a community prevention plan and a community sustainability plan Create base for sustainability for culture-based interventions; suicide prevention, mental health and substance use disorder prevention Implement a community prevention plan Coordinate evidence based trainings and support for the implementation of the community sustainability plan interventions. Collaborate efforts with the Ashland School District including; school counselors, teachers and/or coaches. Coordinate, development of postvention protocols to include policies and procedures related to suicidal ideations, attempts and completions Attend program related community, coalition and committee meetings as assigned. Maintain data on case management activities. Strictly adhere to all HIPAA and associated agency guidelines (i,e. grant, state, federal) Develop policies and procedures as assigned to support the program.
