NOTICE

Bad River Tribal Absentee Ballot Request for November 5, 2019 Election

For:

Chairperson, Treasurer, and (2) Senior Council Members

Absentee Ballot Rules: As of September 19th, 2019

Each qualified eligible voter shall request his/her own absentee ballot and include the following information;

   1. DATE OF REQUEST (As of September 19th, 2019)

   2. PRINTED COMPLETE NAME (including maiden name and any aliases, if applicable)

   3. CURRENT ADDRESS

   4. TELEPHONE NUMBER (if applicable)

   5. LEGIBLE SIGNATURE

  6. Each request must also include a copy of a Bad River Tribal Membership Identification Card (showing both front and back of the card) or

  Certification Letter (A valid form of picture identification must accompany the afore mentioned letter),  issued by the Tribe and signed by the appropriate enrollment official.

  7. Ballots can only be requested after public notification and during the specified time frame

 

Any request received after October 6th 2019 or sent to any other address other than the address listed below will be voided and counted as such.
